By November 2022, KH Group has completed to setup the brand-new Thailand factory, 20 minutes driving from Bangkok. The new factory would be a good extension manufacturing base other than Shenzhen factory. It provides another solution for Made-in-Southeast Asia and shipments from Thailand.
The new Thailand factory has passed the 3rd-party audit and got certificate for SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange). Sedex is a set of network databases, which are used to help companies store labor code information within their business scope, and their customers can also share this information. Today, Sedex has won the favor of many large retailers and manufacturers, including big retailers and importers from Europe, North America and other countries worldwide.
The Thailand factory has 3,000 square meters, including IQC (incoming materials quality inspection), plastic injection molding workshop, electronic products assembly & testing, In-house test lab, Quality Assurance team, Logistics and Shipments.
The mass-production pilot run would be in early December. KH Group is working with US customers for new order shipment plan from Thailand factory to work out tariff solution.
